Our amazing clients never stand still, and our newest member Laura Sophie Helbig is no exception!

Sophie who recently finished her standard training in unarmed and rapier in June with a MERIT, now continues her training with the British Academy of Dramatic Combat.

She recently attended their Autumn Ambush workshop where they covered an introduction to kicks, longsword and saber.
